Tips
Before the move day, measure large appliances and furniture and make sure they will fit in the new place. This applies especially if you are moving to older house or apartment: doors and hallways used to be smaller and there were no large refrigerators or appliances back then. If the appliance or furniture is too large, we may be able to fit it by removing the door or a side piece. If that doesn’t remedy the problem, you might consider selling the oversized item before the move.
